Wigan coach on Liam Marshall chances of playing for England

Wigan coach Matt Peet believes in-form winger Liam Marshall has what it takes to make Shaun Wane’s England squad for the World Cup.

Marshall played for England Knights in their 56-4 win over Jamaica last year. Subsequently, he was named in Wane’s first training squad of 2022.

The Wigan academy product is yet to make an appearance for England’s senior side. However, he could be named in Wane’s squad on Monday for their upcoming match against the Combined Nations All Stars at Warrington.
