Who is in the Turning Red voice cast on Disney+?

Disney+ has a new flagship movie that is being released this month.

Turning Red is a Disney and Pixar creation that had its premiere in late February - and now it is set to be officially released on March 11.

The premise of the film centres around 13-year-old Meilin 'Mei' Lee, a confident Chinese-Canadian. Mei is torn between being a dutiful daughter and a chaotic adolescent.

One morning, after having a nightmare, she discovers that she is a giant red panda. Mei learns that her ancestors have a special connection with the furry animal and that whenever she gets too excited or stressed she will transform into a red panda.

The cast of the film has some big-name stars in it, so be sure to keep an ear out for some famous voices.

The main character, teenage Meilin 'Mei' Lee, is played by Rosalie Chiang, who has some acting credits under her belt including the lead role in a film called Soiled.

Mei's mother, Ming Lee, is played by Killing Eve star Sandra Oh.

Never Have I Ever star Maitreyi Ramakrishnan will star as Priya, one of Mei's friends.

Hyein Park will join the cast as another of Mei's friends called Abby, while Ava Morse will play Mei's pal Miriam.

Orion Lee will voice Mei's father alongside Wai Ching Ho, who will be the voice of Mei's grandmother.

Addie Chandler will voice Devon, Mei's secret crush.

Finneas O'Connell's voice will also feature in the movie.

In the UK version Anne-Marie will have a cameo as Lauren.
