Who has qualified with Man City for the Champions League knockout stages so far

Manchester City could not have gotten off to a better possible start in the Champions League as they look to retain their crown from last year.

The Blues have not yet dropped a single point in the competition and qualified for the knockout stages once again thanks to a 3-0 victory over Young Boys on Tuesday night. An Erling Haaland penalty and superb solo goal from Phil Foden set City on their way towards three points.

Haaland added his second of the game shortly after half-time as Pep Guardiola's men coasted through. While City were the first team to qualify for the next round, they are not the only side to make it through.

MEN Sport has taken a look at the state of qualification in all of the groups to take a look at who City may face next.

Group A

Like City, Bayern Munich qualified for the knockout stages with a perfect record after a Harry Kane brace secured a 2-1 win over Galatasaray. The battle for a second is a close encounter though with FC Copenhagen in the driving seat after beating Manchester United.

However, all three of those sides have a chance of making it through to the next round.

Group B

No team has officially qualified out of Group B as of yet but Arsenal are in the driving seat with nine points. The battle for second looks to be between PSV Eindhoven and Lens with Sevilla currently bottom of their group having not won a match yet.

Group C

Real Madrid are the third side to have qualified with a 100 per cent record to their name. Jude Bellingham's team look destined to finish top of the group. Napoli are the favourites to finish second and currently they hold seven points.
