Now the 17-year-old and his rivals turn their attention towards the 2025 Darts Premier League. Kicking off next month, 17 venues across the UK and Ireland will play host to a number of thrilling matches with the schedule line-up announcement imminent.
The Littler effect will continue to roll on throughout 2025 as the defending champion looks to graduate from a household name into worldwide star - he is just 17 after all. The teen produced a stunning nine-darter on his way to victory last May, and he is set to be joined be seven other players to once again battle it out for both the prestigious title and life-changing prize money. The season-ending play-offs conclude on an action-packed night at The O2 in London on May 29, with the final places up for grabs in the coming days.

The PDC will confirm the eight players set to face off in the Premier League 2025 on Monday January 6 at 4.30pm (UK time).
The top four in the PDC Order of Merit are guaranteed a place. Those are Luke Humphries, Luke Littler, Michael van Gerwen and Rob Cross. That means the last four spots will be announced by the PDC on January 6. Among those to join the rest Stephen Bunting, Gerwyn Price, Chris Dobey, Nathan Aspinall, Callan Rydz and Peter Wright.
The 2025 prize pot has not yet been confirmed but the PDC website states players will compete for "£1million in prize money". The 2024 edition saw Luke Littler walk away with £275,000, while Luke Humphries
