When is the jeen-yuhs Kanye West documentary released on Netflix and what is it about?

Kanye West is known to many as a rapper or a creative genius, and he has extended his knowledge on creativity even further in his new Netflix documentary called jeen-yuhs.

After splitting with his new flame Julia Fox, Kanye has been up and down according to reports.

The release of his new documentary hasn't been challenged however as its premiere was attended by the rapper.

Divided into Acts, the first instalment of the documentary will be released very soon, and the following acts will be available each consecutive week.

The Netflix synopsis states: "The lives of an emerging superstar and a filmmaker intertwine in this intense, intimate docuseries sharing Kanye West's career, filmed over two decades."

The first act will be released on 16 February on Netflix and is set to be arousing inspiration and an exciting watch for those who choose to who watch it.

Kanye's journey from a boy who used to make beats for people to a worldwide famous superstar will be chronicled in jeen-yuhs.

The docuseries will take an intimate look into videos of Kanye from when he first started his career and the work ethic he devoted to building his life to be rich and successful in the music industry.

Kanye has also released a clothing line and is most recognisable for his early recognition as a producer for Roc-A-Fella Records in the early 2000s, producing singles for artists.

Kanye is also well known for developing the "chipmunk soul" sampling style.
