What time is Married At First Sight UK on and which TV channel?

Prepare for laughter, tears and plenty of drama as Married At First Sight UK returns for a brand new series.

The experimental reality show sees experts pair couples together based on their compatibility and desires. They meet for the very first time at the altar, diving deep into married life from the words 'I do.'

From meeting their other halves' families, to holidaying on honeymoons and moving in together, the process is intense. The pressure will be upped, as each week the couples will be scrutinised by fellow MAFs stars and the experts who matched them during explosive dinner parties.

These are followed by commitment ceremonies, where couples choose whether they want to continue or quit the process. This season's experts are Aussie therapist Melanie Schilling, life coach Paul C. Brunson and sex therapist Charlene Douglas.

The new series will feature 36 drama-filled episodes - the biggest Married At First Sight stint yet. In a statement, E4 confirmed: "Hold on to your bouquet, as TV’s most exciting, daring, drama-packed relationship format is back!

"After a record-breaking run last series, Married at First Sight UK is returning bigger than ever before. At 36 episodes, this will be the largest series to date and the show’s longest ever run."

Married At First Sight UK will be airing on E4, with the first episode launching on Monday, September 18. If you miss an episode, you will be able on catch up on Channel 4 On Demand.
