After what feels like an age of waiting, it is finally turn for Hearts kick-off their European adventure.

Robbie Neilson 's side are potentially just 180 minute from a spot in the Europa League group stages as they face FC Zurich in the final qualifying round. The Jambos travel to Switzerland for the first leg of the tie on Thursday before welcoming the Swiss Super League outfit to Tynecastle next week.

Hearts go into the game on the back of a positive start to the 2022/23 league campaign after securing seven points from nine in their opening three matches - including an impressive 4-1 win over Dundee United on Sunday. On the other hand, Zurich currently sit bottom of their domestic table with no wins and just two draws from any of their opening five league clashes. But they successfully overcame Linfield in the previous round to earn a crack at the Gorgie side. Despite the tricky start, Robbie Neilson surely won't be underestimating his team's opponents who beat the likes of Basel and Young Boys to the Super League title last year.
