West Lothian wheelchair basketball coach wins prestigious national award

A West Lothian wheelchair basketball coach has been recognised for his contribution to the sport by winning a prestigious national award.

Mark Stevenson was named Performance Pathway Coach of the Year at the 2023 sportscotland Coaching, Officiating and Volunteering Awards.

He is also head coach of the Scotland under-18 National Academy and took them to British Wheelchair Basketball’s National Junior Championships in August last year.
