West Brom confirmed team vs Bristol City as Steve Bruce names unchanged team

Steve Bruce has made no changes to his West Bromwich Albion side to face Bristol City at Ashton Gate this afternoon.

Albion returned to winning ways in great fashion after beating Championship leaders Fulham 1-0 at The Hawthorns in midweek. Callum Robinson struck the winner in the second-half to claim all three points.

Meanwhile, David Button has been restored to the team and will be on the substitutes bench, after not being included in the last match day's squad.

The Baggies were without a win since the beginning of March after their 2-0 win at Hull City. And they will now be looking to secure back-to-back league wins for the first time since December.

Carroll, who netted his first goal for the Baggies against Huddersfield, will miss out after Bruce confirmed he suffered "a bit of a knock," in his Friday pre-match press conference. The 33-year-old had rediscovered some level of form in front of goal this campaign after joining from Reading.

Despite Bruce stating that Daryl Dike could be named on the substitutes bench, the American has not been included in the squad.

Johnstone; Ajayi, Bartley, Clarke; Furlong, Gardner-Hickman, Livermore, Mowatt, Townsend; Robinson, Grant.

Button, Kipre, O'Shea, Molumby, Diangana, Reach, Fellows.
