We still can't get over the insane catch that Odell Beckham Jr made in 2014

We still haven’t found ourselves getting over the incredible catch that Odell Beckham Junior made back in 2014 during his rookie season in the NFL.

The wide receiver is currently in the process of looking for a new team in the league, having been released by the Los Angeles Rams at the end of this last season having finally won the first Super Bowl of his career, a game in which he put up 52 yards off just two receptions, one of those being a touchdown to get the game’s opening score.

The move to Los Angeles was certainly one that he needed in order to re-energise his career, as he was having quite a few problems with his former team the Cleveland Browns that necessitated the move from Ohio to California.

Problems have followed Beckham throughout his NFL career, having a number of them during his days with the New York Giants, the team that drafted him into the league in 2014 with the 12th overall pick.

However, whilst there have been problems, there have undoubtedly been a number of highlights throughout his career, with arguably none being as recognisable as the one-handed catch that brought him to global attention during the 2014 season.

The New York Giants were certainly not in a great place when the Dallas Cowboys rolled into MetLife Stadium in Week 12 of the 2014 season, they entered it 3-7 with their hopes of reaching the playoffs that season pretty dead.

But that didn’t mean that there still wasn’t something to get the fans that day incredibly excited and give them something to look forward to in the future as the league received it’s next star receiver.
