‘We need to see the climate change’ – Scottish referee Craig Napier comes out as gay

Scottish category one referee Craig Napier has come out as gay in a video released on the Scottish Football Association’s Twitter account. Napier explained that he wants to help remove the “stigma” and “fear” among those who are considering whether or not to reveal their sexuality.
