WATCH | The moment Charles Leclerc's French GP ended in disaster
For the third time this season, Charles Leclerc suffered a race retirement while leading a Grand Prix.
Leclerc, who fought off Max Verstappen for the first 10 laps of the French Grand Prix, had built up a useful two-second lead when he crashed out of the race.
Afterwards, Leclerc admitted that he had made a mistake, although he complained about the throttle on his Ferrari shortly after the crash.

Max Verstappen of Red Bull went on to win the race and extend his overall lead in the championship.
