The term ‘good feet for a big man’ has never been more appropriate after World’s Strongest Man Tom Stoltman nailed the crossbar challenge.

Rangers -daft Stoltman proved that his left peg is just as powerful as the rest of his hulking frame as he sent a pin-point effort half the length of the pitch onto the bar.

These Football Times challenged the man nicknamed ‘The Albatross’ to hit the frame of the goal, and he delivered a sweet strike that resulted in a satisfying clip of the woodwork.

It’s just as well, after Stoltman namechecked Brazilian legends Roberto Carlos and Rivaldo, as well as Ukraine hero Andriy Shevchenko to camera before beginning his run up.

It was an impressive display of technique from the muscle-bound Bear, but arguably less so than what he achieved after jetting out to Seville to support his boyhood heroes in the Europa League final.

But Stoltman made light work of him, lifting Boyd as effortlessly as Frankfurt captain Sebastian Rode did the trophy hours later after the Bundesliga side broke Gers hearts with a dramatic penalty shoot-out victory.
