Footage has emerged of France superstar Kylian Mbappe giving a passionate half-time team talk during the FIFA World Cup final last Sunday.

Les Bleus found themselves two goals down after goals from Angel Di Maria and Lionel Messi gave Argentina a comfortable 2-0 lead at the break.

After 30 minutes into the second stanza, France awoke and Mbappe netted a brace in 97 seconds to take the match into extra time.

A mesmerising Messi added Argentina's third goal, but Mbappe pounced from the penalty spot to take the match to a penalty shootout.

However, Argentina clinched their first-ever World Cup in 36 years following Emiliano Martinez's goalkeeping heroics with a 4-2 result.
