WATCH | De Vries' 'dead' shoulders, Russell's 7th podium - Best clips from the Italian GP

Granted, the 2022 Italian Grand Prix could have had a bit more action. And sure, Max Verstappen charged his Red Bull RB18 through the field with vigour and intent, but all that was over by Lap 13 of 53 when he had a commanding lead on the race.

Further back, Nyck de Vries impressed in his debut race, finishing in ninth place after starting eighth. He held position throughout the Grand Prix and finished higher than seasoned Williams teammate Nicholas Latifi, scoring two championship points in the process.

Ferrari's Carlos Sainz had a splendid race, along with Lewis Hamilton (Mercedes-AMG) and Sergio Perez (Red Bull). Sainz and Hamilton started in 18th and 19th, and managed to cross the finish line in fourth and fifth, respectively. Perez's race took a bit of a turn soon after the race's start when he pitted for a fresh set of the Hard tyre, relegating him to the back of the field

He finished sixth after starting in 13th.

We revisit some of the most memorable moments from Sunday's race.
