Washington Commanders: Brian Robinson making promising return from horror injury

Washington Commanders running back Brian Robinson is showing off his remarkable recovery from injury following his rather worrying encounter last month.

Brain Robinson is a player that came into the NFL with an awful lot of promise following his days at the University of Alabama. The Crimson Tide are a school that have consistently under head coach Nick Saban produced a number of high-quality running backs for the NFL.

The list includes the likes of Mark Ingram, Kenyan Drake, Josh Jacobs, Eddie Lacy, Najee Harris and most notable of all Derrick Henry, all of whom who have gone on to make sizeable contributions to NFL teams after they were drafted by their respective teams.

And looking at his numbers in college, you’d be forgiven for thinking that Robinson was going to be the latest off the production line. In his final year in Tuscaloosa, he racked up 1,343 rushing yards and 14 touchdowns whilst adding a further 296 yards and 2 touchdowns through the air:
