A new era starts tonight for the Wales football team.

After all the talk over the last few weeks, Wales fans are finally about to see what a Craig Bellamy side looks like on the international stage.

Having succeeded Rob Page in the hot-seat, Bellamy is keen to make his mark on a group of players no doubt still hurting from the failure to qualify for Euro 2024, and there's subsequently no shortage of excitement ahead of this opening Nations League clash with Turkey.

Vincenzo Montella's side arrive in the capital on the back of what was a hugely impressive Euro 2024 campaign, where they won plenty of plaudits on their way to the quarter-finals.

These two sides actually met here back in November, where the hosts were held to a 1-1 draw, but the landscape heading into this encounter feels very different.
