It's crunch time for Wales as they host Poland at Cardiff City Stadium tonight.

Rob Page's men must win in the Welsh capital if they are to avoid being relegated from the top tier of the Nations League.

They will be without Chris Mepham and Ethan Ampadu who are both suspended while Joe Allen, Harry Wilson, Aaron Ramsey and Ben Davies are all injured.

But a packed home crowd will be able to see Gareth Bale in some capacity, and after the improved second-half showing against Belgium on Thursday night, they will have every reason to feel optimistic.
