Vote for your BSN Junior Rider of the Year

2022 has seen some impressive upcoming talent in motorcycle racing so who grabbed your attention for Junior Rider Of The Year?

While the age limits for world championships are increasing, the under 18 bracket continues to highlight stars of the future. At just 16 years of age, Josh Whatley got his first taste of the world stage in Moto3 and will continue with the VisionTrack team for 2023. Michael Laverty’s Academy structure also shone with Johnny Garness clinching the Honda British Talent Cup against a season-long battle with teammate Carter Brown. Garness sealed his success with a double victory at Snetterton, taking the crown with 12 wins and a round early. Third-placed Rhys Stephenson ended the season adrift of the battling teammates but has been confirmed as stepping up to the Red Bull Rookies Cup for next year.

The VisionTrack banner continued to fly as Casey O’Gorman claimed his first European podiums and victories in the ETC on his way to third overall in the title race. The Irishman had a strong end to his season with a podium at Jerez in July heralding further rostrum success on the Algarve before two successive victories, at Aragon and Valencia rounded out his impressive year.

In the BSB paddock, Mickey Hardie was the only front runner from the junior classes under 18, with the Completely Motorbikes/Affinity rider taking the runner up spot to his teammate in Hel Junior Supersport while namesakes Harrison Crosby and Harrison Dessoy rounded out the BTC top five.

From the impressive teenage talent on display in 2022, who gets your vote for the BSN Junior Rider of the Year?
