Liverpool star Fabinho has set a new Premier League high for the season with a typically impressive performance. 

The 28-year-old defensive midfielder has forged a reputation as one of the leading men in his position in world football – as well as the nickname ‘lighthouse’ at Anfield. 

As lethal Portuguese forward Diogo Jota stole the headlines with a clinical brace, Fabinho also starred in the 2-0 victory over Leicester City. 

Fabinho made seven interceptions against Leicester, the most by a player in a Premier League game this season.
