‘Vast majority accept they aren’t going to get everything for free’: Ryle Nugent on changing attitudes to TV sports coverage
Ryle Nugent, chief executive of Premier Sports Ireland, is confident the channel will be able to secure a new deal with European Professional Club Rugby (EPCR) for exclusive coverage of the Champions Cup for another three seasons or more.
“You’re in a situation that you can never be sure, but as we sit today, I would be hopeful that we’ll be able to extend our coverage,” said Nugent.
