Varane, Evans, Martinez - Manchester United injury news and return dates ahead of Liverpool

Manchester United's attention is moving towards the weekend after another dramatic match in the Premier League.

United were beaten 4-3 by Chelsea on Thursday night despite being minutes away from securing three points for the second consecutive game. The second half saw United respond with another goal from Garnacho after he headed in from a sublime Antony cross. However, United would go on to lose the game with stoppage-time goals from Palmer for Chelsea.

Now attention will turn to the weekend when United will host Liverpool at Old Trafford. The Reds' bitter rivals claimed a 3-1 win over Sheffield United on Thursday night to return to the top of the Premier League table.
