Darts is probably, however, not one of them.

But that is not to say the winnings are not there in a sport which continues to rise not only in popularity, but also in prize money.

10. Dave Chisnall (£2,043,415)

Perhaps surprisingly, propping up the list at number 10, Dave Chisnall has now amassed in excess of £2 million earnings as a regular fixture in the PDC’s top 20 rankings.

A former BDO World Championship runner-up in 2010, “Chizzy” is now considered something of a veteran at 41, but his career kitty is still not to be sniffed at.
