Usher sits with lookalike Tee Morant at NBA playoff game in Memphis
Usher met his match on Tuesday.
The Grammy-winning artist, 43, was seated alongside his lookalike Tee Morant - who is the father of Memphis Grizzlies star Ja Morant, 22 - for the Grizzlies' victory over Minnesota Timberwolves at the FedExForum in Memphis.
As the pair sat together courtside for the first-round Western Conference series game, the arena played on the jumbotron called the Lookalike Cam, a bit in which spectators were matched alongside their famous doppelgängers.
At one point, the screen flashed on Usher on one half, showing Tee on the other half, before panning out and showing Usher sitting at his side.
The Yeah! artist tweeted a clip of the bit, writing, 'Had to see what the hype was about' with a shrugging and laughing emoji.
Both Usher and Tee donned similar ensembles Tuesday, pairing black T-shirts with black pants and black sunglasses while taking in the playoff game.
The combination made for plenty of buzz on Twitter, where a number of people pointed out the resemblance between the hip-hop mainstay and NBA dad.
The NBA's Twitter account showed a picture of the pair with the caption: 'Tee Morant and Usher... or is it Usher and Tee Morant.'
The account for the Grizzlies shared a shot of the duo with the caption, 'Shoutout @Usher pulling up on us tonight.'
Reporter Evan Barnes shared a clip of the bit, writing, 'Cue the Spider-Man pointing gif. Usher and Tee Morant here.'
Journalist Jon Krawczynski wrote, 'HAHAHAHA! Usher is in the house sitting right next to Tee Morant. Fantastic there from the Grizz.'
Said NBA podcast host Chris Vernon: 'Sooooo, people keep saying Tee Morant looks like Usher. And now Usher is here sitting next to him.'
Journalist Chris Hine said, 'They just did the "Look a Like" cam
