Allen Clarke
Allen Clarke, a former Ulster, Northampton Saints and Ireland player, seamlessly transitioned into coaching after retiring as a player. As the head coach of Ireland U20s between 2009-2011, Clarke significantly contributed to the development of emerging talents, leaving an indelible mark on the team's growth, this included an U20s Six Nations Championship win in 2010.
Beyond his tenure with Ireland U20s, Clarke's coaching journey extended to influential roles with prominent teams including Ulster. His experience included serving as the forwards coach for the Ospreys, and ultimately becoming head coach.
