Ulster v Cardiff Live: Kick-off time, TV channel and score updates as Josh Navidi returns

Cardiff play their first game in five weeks as they welcome back Wales and Lions star Josh Navidi for tonight’s clash with high-flyers Ulster in Belfast (7.35pm kick-off).

Flanker Navidi returns from a five-month lay-off, having dislocated his shoulder against the Bulls in early October.

Cardiff, who last played on January 29, are also boosted by Willis Halaholo, Ellis Jenkins, Rhys Carré and James Ratti having been released from Wales’ Six Nations squad to get some game-time.

They have 13 full internationals in their starting line-up for this United Rugby Championship clash at the Kingspan Stadium, with three more on the bench.

Ulster, who lie second in the United Rugby Championship table, also field a strong line-up, with the likes of Iain Henderson, James Hume, Nick Timoney and Robert Baloucoune coming on board from the Ireland camp.

The match is being broadcast live on BBC Two Wales and Premier Sports, but if you can’t get in front of a TV, you can follow all the action on our live blog below.
