Ukrainian leaders accused Russia of seizing rescue workers from a humanitarian convoy trying to get supplies to the port city of Mariupol which has been under heavy attack for weeks.Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said around 100,000 civilians remained in Mariupol. Those who have escaped the port city described days of constant bombing.
