UK supermarket follows Sainsbury's and permanently adds Prime drink to its shelves - but rules are in place

The once impossible drink to get your hands on has been made even easier to come by as yet another UK supermarket has announced it will be stocking Prime hydration drink as of today (February 23). The retailer will be selling the drink in four of the flavours.

Last week, Morrison’s announced that it was planning to stock the beverage, but didn't state a date for when it would hit shelves. This morning, the supermarket confirmed the drink by social media superstars KSI and Logan Paul had now arrived in stores.

It is the second major supermarket to begin stocking Prime in the last few days, with Sainsbury's launching the range - including a limited edition version - on Tuesday.

A spokesperson from Morrison’s has said: "We are now stocking the much sought after Prime Hydration Energy Drink in the majority of our stores while stocks last."

The retailer will be stocking their shelves with just four of the flavours.

This includes:

They will be selling them at just £2 a bottle however there is a max cap of 4 per customer across the range.

The drink comes in a variety of flavours which also includes Grape, Meta Moon, Orange, and Strawberry Watermelon, as well as the limited edition Orange and Mango flavour which is only available in the UK for a limited time.

Sainsbury's is stocking four of the main flavours, as well as the limited edition KSI flavour, which are flying off of shelves.

The beverage was initially sold in Asda stores across the UK but demand rose so high that some independent retailers were selling them for as much as £8.50 in Manchester with even higher prices on sites like eBay.
