UFC star Paddy Pimblett shows off impressive weight loss

Paddy Pimblett has flaunted his recent weight loss on social media, with his UFC return fast approaching and having filled out to 200lbs following his win over Kazula Vargas.

The Liverpudlian has stepped up his training ahead of his return to the Octagon and shown off his ability to cut weight in extraordinary fashion.

Pimblett is known for cutting weight in a harsh manner and has previously promised not to put on weight between training camps.

Ahead of his bout with Jordan Leavitt in London next month, Pimblett has been in training and his preparations appear to be going well.

In his latest social media post, Pimblett’s weight loss is displayed with the caption reading: “Always grinding… Getting ready for July 23rd.”

‘The Baddy’ looks in great shape now after an astounding change in his physique and is shown hard at work before getting a photo alongside fellow UFC fighter and friend Molly McCann.

Even though he competes at the highest level of mixed martial arts, Pimblett is a self-proclaimed ‘foodie’ and has confessed that his junk-food consumption make him “fat and happy” despite needing to cut enormous amounts of weight before every fight.

It will be interesting to see whether Plimbett is close to cutting the necessary weight, even though he weighed in at 145lbs ahead of his previous fight well clear of the deadline.

He’ll need to cut 45lbs of weight by the time he reaches the scales ahead of his upcoming fight with Leavitt to reach the lightweight limit and step inside the cage for the third time with the promotion.
