Tyson Fury wants out of retirement for undisputed clash with Oleksandr Usyk

Tyson Fury has confirmed that he will step foot back in the ring to take on Oleksandr Usyk in an undisputed heavyweight clash with the aim of restoring pride to his home nation, England.

The Gypsy King holds the WBC title still in the heavyweight division, with every other belt now held by Usyk who won the WBA (Super), IBF, WBO, IBO and Ring Magazine titles last night in Saudi Arabia.

He was given the Ring Magazine belt for his victory after Fury himself vacated it as he looked firm on his stance of retirement, although not many believed him.

Since defeating Dillian Whyte earlier this year, Fury has constantly contradicted himself about his future. First he was retired after claiming so in his post-fight interview in the ring, although he continued to then train following his victory.

Next he’s saying he’ll fight AJ in the UK for free if he beat Usyk as it’s what the British public deserved in his opinion, but straight away he then wanted half a billion for an undisputed heavyweight clash.

Fury then looked to book a trilogy fight with Derek Chisora after having two wins over him already, however, after that didn’t come off, he announced his retirement for good and vacated his Ring Magazine belt on his 34th birthday. Now, that could all be trivial as he makes yet another u-turn, he must be getting dizzy!

After Usyk defeated Joshua, Fury has released a video of himself claiming he wants the fight, saying: “Hi guys, Tyson Fury here, AKA the Gypsy King. I’ve just seen Joshua lose for the second time to Usyk – out of his depth.

“However, England has been relieved of its belts yet again, as usual. But, there is a remedy and a solution that I can suggest.
