Tyson Fury vs Dillian Whyte: David Haye explains how Whyte can win

Former heavyweight boxing champion David Haye has explained why Dillian Whyte has a real chance at beating Tyson Fury next weekend.

On April 23 in front of over 90,000 fans, Tyson Fury will defend his WBC and The Ring heavyweight titles against top contender Dillian Whyte.

The two will square off at Wembley Stadium in what can only be described as one of the biggest fights of the year thus far.

In an exclusive chat with GiveMeSport.com, BT Sport pundit and ex-champ David Haye gave his thoughts on the hype surrounding the contest.

“People are really, really buzzing about this fight. You know a fight is big when non-boxing fans are buying a ticket to watch the fight. I’ve had so many people who I know aren’t big boxing fans saying I’ve got my tickets, I waited in line, on the phone or online booking tickets. It’s crossed over now and that’s how you know it’s a big fight.”

One of the most obvious problems facing Whyte heading into the fight is that very few people expect him to overcome ‘The Gypsy King’. As per Haye, though, that could play directly into the hands of ‘Body Snatcher’.
