Tyson Fury's manager reveals real reason behind poor performance Francis Ngannou performance

Tyson Fury's manager has revealed the main reason behind his fighter's poor performance against Francis Ngannou.

Fury had a tough time when he fought Ngannou last October, even getting knocked down in the third round. During the fight, which was watched by many famous faces in Saudi Arabia, the champion seemed unsteady several times.

Despite this, he managed to win on two of the three judges' scorecards through smart boxing, but his performance was not up to scratch. After the fight, many people thought that Fury's subpar performance was because he underestimated Ngannou, who used to be a UFC heavyweight champion.

But ccording to Fury's manager, Spencer Brown, the real reason Fury struggled against Ngannou is because he hardly slept before the fight night.

Speaking to Boxing King Media, he explained: "He never slept for three days on the spin. That was the reason for the bad performance. You can take that how you want but I was there and saw it all. He couldn't sleep.

"We've proved that now because we've gone through a new camp and it's wonderful. Marvellous, you can sleep as much as you want.

"Don't go to sleep for three days, see how you feel. I'm sure you've done that in your party days."
