Tyson Fury praises Julius Francis for ‘great right hand’ after Boxpark KO

Tyson Fury has spoken out in defence of Julian Francis who took down a customer at Boxpark recently with a brutal punch.

Said customer was getting escorted out of the premises and was appearing to cause trouble, trying to fight the punters and other security guards by the looks of the footage.

As he approached Francis, he walked straight into a big punch, knocking him out on the street after the hook connected.

Since then, Boxpark’s CEO and founder Roger Wade has come out to defend Francis who is a former opponent of Mike Tyson, he’s certainly not someone you want to get on the wrong side of.

Especially when he started the confrontation and getting aggressive with other members of the public and security team as per the footage.

Now, the Gypsy King has spoken out in support of Francis while appearing on the Piers Morgan TV show, Piers Morgan Uncensored.

Fury went on to say: “I saw the video, great right hand by the way. This is what happens when you’re cheeky, rude, getting in people’s faces. What do you expect?

“If you keep kicking a dog, it’s going to bite you isn’t it. These guys are there doing a job, they weren’t on the lash together.

“This guy is p*ssed up or whatever and had a few drinks, getting cheeky. These guys are doing their job and he’s attacking them… so he’s been chinned.

“And it’s a life lesson isn’t it – never go out and be cheeky to big men, because you’re probably going to get chinned sooner or later.”

He may be long retired having lost more fights than he won (23-24-1) but he clearly still packs a punch and won’t stand for any messing.

The shocking footage has gone viral and whilst he has the support of the CEO and founder along with the likes of Fury, the matter is now being dealt with by the police
