Tuilagi starts for France while Italy change six

Posolo Tuilagi will make his first start for France in Sunday's Guinness Six Nations meeting with Italy in Lille, as Fabien Galthie makes two changes to his side following their win against Scotland.

The 19-year-old, who made his debut off the bench in the opening round defeat to Ireland in Marseille, was also used a replacement in the win over Scotland a fortnight ago.

But the Perpignan lock has now been drafted into the starting side, replacing Paul Gabrillagues as one of two changes to the starting team.

The other replacement comes in the back row, as Paul Boudehent starts at flanker, replacing his injured La Rochelle team-mate Greg Alldritt.

Boudehent's inclusion at flanker sees Francoid Cros move to number 8, while Charles Ollivon takes over from Alldritt as captain.

There's also a debut for Toulon back row Esteban Abadie, who starts among a 6:2 split on the bench.

Italy head coach Gonzalo Quesada (below) has responded to his team's 36-0 defeat to Ireland by making six changes to his starting XV.

Harlequins wing Louis Lynagh, who is set to join Benetton next season, isn't included despite linking up with the squad this week.

Two of the changes come in the front row where Italy struggled at the Aviva Stadium, with Giacomo Nicotera brought in at hooker and Giosue Zilocchi starting at tighthead.

Captain Michele Lamaro moves from number 8 to flanker, with Ross Vintcent of Exeter Chiefs starting at the base of the scrum, with Riccardo Favretto also brought into the back row.

For the third game in a row, Quesada has started a different scrum-half, with Lyon's Martin Page-Relo given the opportunity to impress.
