Judd Trump won a heavyweight clash with Neil Robertson to reach the semi-finals of the Welsh Open.
The 32-year-old held off a late comeback from Australian Robertson to get over the line 5-3.
Trump had raced into a 4-1 lead and had a red to all but wrap up the match, but he missed it to the middle pocket and Robertson stepped in with a pressurised clearance of 46.
The 2019 world champion then jumped the cue ball off the table as he attempted to retrieve frame seven, leaving himself needing snookers, and Robertson moved to just one behind.
Robertson got in again after another Trump miss, to the same right-centre pocket, but he jawed a black and this time the Englishman made no mistake to wrap up a nervy win.
Trump told Eurosport: "I started OK, Neil was missing a couple and I was able to pick up the pieces. I had a good chance to win it 5-1 but I got a bit panicky. In the end I needed him to gift it to me, really."
Jack Lisowski, still looking for a maiden ranking tournament title, fought back from two frames down to beat Ali Carter 5-4.
The 30-year-old sealed the win in some style with a brilliant break of 135 in the deciding frame.
