Triple H retirement: WWE fans offer tributes as he announces his career is over
WWE COO Triple H, during a media appearance today, has announced his retirement from wrestling.
Many fans thought Triple H’s days as a wrestler were up after he suffered a cardiac event and had to undergo surgery last year.
And now, in a media appearance before WrestleMania, Triple H has confirmed that he has retired from wrestling.

In case you missed HHH’s announcement, this is what he had to say when announcing that he’s never going to be wrestling again:
“As far as in-ring, I’m done. I would never wrestle again. I have a defibrillator in my chest so it probably wouldn’t be a good idea to get zapped on live TV.”
With the exception of more of a segment match in January 2021, Triple H’s last televised match came back in 2019 in Saudi Arabia.
At the Super ShowDown show, Triple H was defeated by former partner and long-time rival Randy Orton, a fitting end to his career.
