Transfer insider: Chelsea in "negotiations" to sign £85m star, his "head has been turned"

Chelsea are continuing negotiations to sign Leicester City defender Wesley Fofana this summer and there are ‘no doubts’ the player’s head has been turned, according to transfer insider Dean Jones.
