Tottenham's Dejan Kulusevski tells brilliant story of trying to help Son win the Golden Boot

Dejan Kulusevski has told a brilliant story of how he tried to help Son Heung-min win the Premier League Golden Boot on the final day of the Premier League season.

Appearing on DÅ ÄR VI IGÅNG podcast, the Swede explained how, against Norwich, he tried to pass to Son instead of shooting when he was presented with an open goal.

Spurs had to beat Norwich on the final day to secure a top-four finish and Champions League qualification.

But there was another prize up for grabs as Son went into the match one goal behind Liverpool’s Mohamed Salah in the race for the Golden Boot.

Spurs led 2-0 at half time with goals from Kulusevski and Harry Kane.

Champions League qualification appeared to be secure so attentions turned to helping Son outscore Salah.

However, it seems Kulusevski went a bit too far in trying to help the South Korean as he has now explained brilliantly.

“And the fans are right next to me, you know. They are shouting ‘Gimme, gimme’ right next to me. I’m like ‘Take a deep breath. Take your time, Dejan. You have an open goal’.

“I’m staring at it, you know it’s definitely empty! But I
