The 25-year-old has been in impressive form for his club this season with 13 goals and nine assists in all competitions. That has led to reports in The Sun suggesting that both Tottenham and Arsenal are long-term admirers of the playmaker and could make a move for him in the summer window.
But Arsenal could have a crucial advantage in the race for Maddison's signature. It comes as Son Heung-min has called Hugo Lloris 'superman' following his performance against Aston Villa.
