Tottenham Hotspur may have been handed a boost to their hopes of signing Torino centre-back Gleison Bremer.

Antonio Conte is keen to bring in a new centre-back this summer and has now been forced to switch his target to Bremer after missing out on Inter Milan's Alessandro Bastoni. But that failure could help the north London outfit beat the Italians to the signature of the Torino defender this summer.

Spurs are set to go up against Inter Milan for the defender's signature, but the Italians need to raise funds for any signings by selling players first. With the club being knocked back in their approach for Inter's Alessandro Bastoni, it appears they may need to secure the sales of other players instead.
