Antonio Conte is facing a Tottenham Hotspur crisis amid criticism the Italian is a 'chequebook manager'.

Conte took charge of Spurs in November following Nuno Espirito Santo's short-lived time at the helm in north London, but has already reverted to a familiar criticism of his bosses.

In a controversial interview in the Italian media last week, Conte said his side had been 'weakened' in the January transfer window as he appeared to hit out at Tottenham's business.

It comes after Harry Kane fired Conte's side to a 3-2 win over Manchester CIty, with the Spurs skipper also facing a crossroads in his career.
