Antonio Conte Responds To Mikel Arteta's Fixture Complaints

Tottenham boss Antonio Conte has spoken out against Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta's who has had a go at the Premier League over their fixture scheduling.

As the race for the top four enters the final stages, former Spurs midfielder Danny Murphy has tipped his old club to secure a UEFA Champions League spot. Tottenham are currently three points behind fourth-place Arsenal and Murphy can see the Lillywhites overtaking the Gunners for that final spot.

Much will be dependent on Harry Kane continuing to find the back of the net while also providing assists for his teammates, something ex-Premier League defender Joleon Lescott believes could prove beneficial for his future.

Tottenham were meant to play Arsenal in the Premier League earlier this year but the game was postponed due to a Covid-19 case in the Gunners camp.

Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta has complained to the Premier League about recent fixture scheduling which has left his side with limited time to rest and prepare between games. And Spurs boss Antonio Conte has hit back at his rival counterpart, telling him to stop and have a think before he complains.

The fixture between the two sides has yet to be resechuled.
