Tottenham have ‘been offered’ £17m ‘luxury’ forward at Hotspur Way

Tottenham Hotspur have ‘been offered’ Barcelona forward Memphis Depay this summer, according to journalist Dean Jones.

The 28-year-old has reportedly been deemed surplus to requirements at Camp Nou by manager Xavi and could return to English shores ahead of next season.

Memphis made a fast start to his Barca career, scoring eight goals and providing two assists in his opening 15 La Liga games.

However, the departure
