Juventus have reportedly agreed personal terms with Frankfurt wing-back Filip Kostic, who has been a long-term target for Tottenham Hotspur since Antonio Conte joined the club.
A report from Italian outlet La Repubblica states that the Italian giants have agreed personal terms with the Serbian who was instrumental as he won the Europa League with the German side. The move's completion appears to be in response to Spurs finalising the signing of Ivan Perisic from Inter Milan, who is said to have been a Juve target.
Spurs were first linked with Kostic in January when it emerged that Conte and director of football Fabio Paratici were seeking to improve their depth in the left-wing-back position. It is a role which Kostic has performed admirably this season, recording seven goals and 13 assists last season.
These numbers included a brace against Barcelona at the Nou Camp as Frankfurt shocked the Spanish giants to knock them out in the quarter finals of the Europa League. The 29-year-old Serbian is known for his wicked left-foot and crossing ability, providing the assist for Rafael Borre's Europa League final equaliser against Rangers last month.
