Tottenham: £97.5m Conte favourite could make shock Spurs move

Former Premier League midfielder Carlton Palmer ‘wouldn’t be surprised’ to see Tottenham Hotspur make a move for Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku in the summer transfer window.
