No matches are confirmed for the event as of yet. However, in an interview with Sports Illustrated, Khan stated that AEW talent will be facing off against NJPW talent.
This event gives the opportunity to give some of the biggest dream matches in professional wrestling and could catalyse the return of former AEW and NJPW World Champion Kenny Omega, who has been out of action since losing the AEW World Title at Full Gear to current champion Hangman Adam Page.
Also, this event could see debuts of NJPW and NJPWSTRONG talent such as Will Ospreay, Hiroshi Tanahashi, Tetsuya Naito, Kazuchika Okada and more.
We will find out more matches and rivalries in the coming months, with the wrestling revolution not slowing down anytime soon.
