Tonbridge Angels manager Steve McKimm slams 'absolutely diabolical' performance in 1-0 defeat by Slough Town
Steve McKimm described Tonbridge’s performance against Slough as absolutely diabolical.
McKimm was an angry man at full-time after Angels slumped to a 1-0 home defeat in the Good Friday sunshine.
Victory would have seen them all-but safe in National League South going into Monday’s game at Dulwich.
And while they still have an eight-point cushion over the bottom team, which is now Billericay after Welling fought back from 3-0 down to draw at Eastbourne, that was of little consolation.

The only goal came four minutes into the second half with Joe Dandy allowed to run into the box unchallenged before setting up Alfonso Tenconi.
“We’ve let a player run past four of our players without putting a challenge in,” added McKimm.
“That says it all. I am angry. It’s disgusting.
“We’re in a position where we can’t afford to turn in performances like that, so there’s a lot of changes that need to be made come the end of the season and there’s a lot of changes that need to be made against Dulwich.
“There will be changes and there needs to be changes.
“I didn’t ask for explanations in there, I just told them what I thought, and that was it.
“I can’t
