Tommy Fury unleashes on 'useless' Jake Paul and claims he can't fight
Tommy Fury has unloaded on Jake Paul in a fascinating rant by claiming he ‘can’t fight’ ahead of his return to the ring on Saturday night.
Back in December, Tommy Fury and Jake Paul were set to finally settle their differences inside the squared circle. The pair had been booked to fight in Tampa but unfortunately, just a few weeks out, Fury was forced to withdraw due to injury.
Paul went on to land a vicious knockout in a rematch against Tyron Woodley but now, fans and pundits are once again pushing for ‘The Problem Child’ to face Tommy later this year.
Ahead of his own fight this weekend, Fury went off on one in a press conference by insisting that the YouTuber was ‘useless’.
“I don’t let anything come into my mind to disrupt what I’m gonna do on Saturday night. Jake Paul has not come into my mind once. I hear all this talk about him saying oh he doesn’t fancy the fight anymore, then he does fancy the fight, then I’m a potential opponent, then I’m not.
“Get your facts straight before you speak my name and if you wanna fight, let’s get on and do it. I’m ready whenever because I don’t need a training camp for him. It’s very unfortunate what happened to me in December because if December had gone through, you wouldn’t have been hearing his name ever again in boxing.”
