Tommy Fury rejects Jake Paul's latest offer to keep August 6 fight on

Tommy Fury has today rejected Jake Paul's latest proposal to keep their fight alive, with an offer to fight in the UK laughed off by the 22-year-old Brit.

Paul had been seemingly set to fight Hasim Rahman Jr after Fury missed yesterday's deadline to sort his visa issues, but now it appears that the American YouTube star is determined to keep the deal alive. Yesterday, Fury tweeted a message to fans on Wednesday confirming that he would be unable to fight but kept the door open for the future.

“I'm gutted and disappointed in regards to the issues I have faced with entry into the USA. This is something that myself or my team could have never anticipated happening. This situation has been left with my lawyers as being denied entry to a country is obviously a very serious issue and it needs to subsequently be resolved." Fury wrote.

“I am confident this fight will happen when this issue gets resolved and we come to a solution. I want to clarify that I will fight in a neutral country that both parties can enter. This can be any time, any place, any where.”, It was to this statement that Paul responded earlier today with a new proposal to fight in the UK.

He quoted Fury's tweet with one of his own, referring to Fury's confidence of fixing a fight by saying: "I’m confident you are a scared little boy who doesn’t want to fight or understand business. I will pay you $500K to fight me in the UK. I will do it shortly after August 6. You accept?"
