Tomb Raider: Everything we know so far
An all-new new Tomb Raider game is in the making and the gaming community is buzzing as the infamous Laura Croft is about to make comeback.
The developer, Crystal Dynamics, has confirmed that a next-gen Tomb Raider game is in the making, however, did not give much away about when we will the reboot of the trilogy.
They have remained tight-lipped at the time of writing regarding an official name or release date. The new game, however, is said to be built with the exciting Unreal Engine 5 which is slowly becoming popular with other upcoming releases across the industry.
Years later, Crystal Dynamics could give the new Tomb Raider game complete freedom, with a strong possibility that it will pick up where Shadow of the Tomb Raider left off, furthering the reboot story.
It could also return to the original Tomb Raider timeline or even reboot the series with a different plot. Whatever direction Crystal Dynamics takes with the new Tomb Raider game, it will most likely be some time before fans learn more.

There’s been no further announcement since the one in April so everyone is a tight lip on the developments. However, according to Dallas Dickinson, general manager of the Tomb Raider series, it’s still early stages of the development of the next Tomb Raider game and no title has been revealed.
